Caden Davis
Caden taught in fall, 2023 at Rubatano and is currently teaching a few spring classes. During this workshop, you will be learning complex rhythms and song arrangements, plus learn how to make up your own variations! This is an in-depth opportunity to explore and deepen your musical connection and confidence with the music.
Othnell Mangoma Moyo
Guest teacher, Othnell Moyo, is from Zimbabwe. He was trained as a traditional dancer, actor and musician and has since studied and acquired detailed knowledge of a vast range of local traditional instruments,
musical styles, and rhythms as well as global and contemporary ones.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in this rich music, experiencing the multi levels of dancing, drumming and playing marimba.
